Side Twists
Cat and cow
Build your strength
Crow pose
Tolasana
Plank and Side plank
Stretch your flexibility
Standing forward bend
Wide-legged forward bend
Wild thing
Improve your Balance
Eagle pose
Headstand
Half Moon (or even harder, revolted Half Moon)
These are all good introductions if you want to make a start, from beginners to more advanced.
